Hi there! We’ve updated the way the Home page works so workspace administrators can tailor it to their team. The Home page is now a customisable dashboard of widgets that you can arrange, resize, and choose from.

What you can customise

  • Widgets - Decide which widgets appear on Home. You can add, remove, or keep any of: Games, Intranet, Quick Links, Announcements, Recent Promotions, Birthdays, New Team Members, My Assignments, Leaderboard, and Clock.
  • Order - Drag widgets to reorder them. Put the most important content (e.g. assignments, announcements) at the top and group related widgets (e.g. Intranet and Quick Links) where it makes sense.
  • Size - Resize widgets by dragging the handle in the bottom-right corner in edit mode. Make some widgets wider or taller so the layout matches how your team uses the page.
  • Reset - You can reset to the default layout at any time and then save. No need to worry about getting the original layout back.

How to customise your Home layout

  1. Open the Home page for your workspace.
  2. Click the pen icon (Customise Home) in the top-right.
  3. Drag widgets to reorder, use the resize handle on each widget to change size, click Add Widget to add more, or the X on a widget to remove it.
  4. For the Clock widget, you can set the timezone via the widget when in edit mode.
  5. Click Done to save, or Cancel to discard changes. Use Reset to restore the default layout, then Done to save that.

Why?

Every workspace is different. Some teams care most about assignments and the leaderboard; others want announcements and birthdays front and centre. With a custom Home layout, you can:

  • Prioritise what matters - Put the widgets your team uses most at the top and give them more space.
  • Reduce clutter - Remove widgets you don’t use so the Home page stays focused.
  • Match your culture - E.g. highlight games, celebrations, or productivity widgets depending on what you want to emphasise.

The default layout (Games, Intranet, Quick Links, Birthdays, New Team Members) remains a good starting point; you can change it when you’re ready and reset anytime if you want to go back.
